You’re In Control
As a Health Coach at ABC Simple As … (http://www.abcsimpleas.co.uk) I work with clients on a range of topic areas and draw on a raft of techniques to enable you to experience the quickest route to a solution from anything that is blocking your ideal life; such as confidence, phobias, weight and many others. And instead of being hampered by a situation, you become issue-free where it no longer plays an importance.
The Weight Control strand of my business is born from my own journey with weight and especially my relationship with food. I was tired of the high’s and low’s and regular disappointment with myself when using diets, patches, pills and potions, and finding that ultimately none of them worked for me.
I went in search of something that would catapult change and that quest brought me into Health Coaching where I have and continue to discover various techniques. These allow the mind and body to work together and enable an easier route to weight control and behaviours with food.
And then a friend prompted me to realize that Weight Control is my specialty and from this I decided to offer workshops to show others how to claim back their control around food.
Workshops
These take place over a day … starting at 10.00 am and finishing at 5.00 pm … They will introduce you to all sorts of techniques that you can take away and exercise whenever you need them. These tools bring the mind and body together to work in unison … and because they are internal tools you will always have them with you. It is recommended to bring along a notepad to make notes if you want them for later … but generally the day is based on practical exercises that are work on bringing all parts of your mind and body into alignment.
If you prefer you can have personal coaching if you want something more personalized. However, these techniques ‘do not’ require you to spend long sessions talking over the past. Instead sessions are solution focused from the off, and far more interested in getting you where you want to be, rather than how an issue came about.
This enables you to change habits quickly; people are surprised at just how quickly the shift occurs. And you’ll know when to finish your sessions, because you’ll behave differently towards the issue. And because it’s fast people often wonder why they put it off for so long!

My Motivation
Sharing these great tools and supporting people in making lasting change is a privilege. Seeing the difference they make to people when they become free of something that may have held them back for many years is really something.
