I’ve been adding to my toolbox of information, tools and techniqus for the last year or so by training as a META-Medicine Health Practitioner and the information I’ve learned is phenomenal. Its been so time consuming I’ve hardly had a chance to get back to this lovely site, and I want to make up for it by sharing what I have and am still learning.
The META-Medicine info itself lives at my other site ABC Simple As and it’s a better place to learn more about how it relates to weight-gain, this is especially useful for those who’ve tried all manner of diets, patches, pills and potions where nothing has really worked. And by worked we’re talking about feeling the big difference you originally wanted where the weight has or is dropping off.
If that’s you then great … congratulations a big high five from me!
But others may not have got what they wanted from the experience and if this is you, then lets share our learnings together.
Alkaline Diet Foods
I don’t know about you but I’ve heard this and that about alkaline dieting and although I understood it, I just reckoned it wasn’t for me because I’m a regular person, right, wanting to eat regular foods. For this reason I haven’t paid it much attention, that is until NOW!
META-Medicine recommends an alkaline eating plan for people who are seriously ill, in order to rid the nasties that may be pervading a person’s system to allow the body a much better fighting chance to re-balance during the recovery stages.
I’m working with a couple of ladies where each has a different type of cancer and everywhere I turn this similar yet different eating regime is strongly recommended. And a few years ago I worked with a lady who cured her own cancer this way, by turning her back on the conventional treatments, she only came to me once she had received a medical all-clear in order to become free of the emotional conflicts that created it in the first place, this didn’t take long as she’d done so much of the work already. She was an inspiration to work with and learn more about this from and she recommended the book.
Trialling Other Ideas
I feel if I’m asking others to take this option I’d better try it out for myself because the proof will be in the pudding ‘so-to-speak’.
I’m currently digging into some books and will be back to recommend my findings … perhaps we can begin to work through this together?
